She responds quickly by phone and email - always - and in many cases seems to know more about various products and options than contractors, architects, sales reps, etc. Unlike other designers with whom we have worked, who always seem to suggest the most expensive options and always prefer all purchases to be made through them, Abbey has consistently met our budget. She is willing to look through catalogs and magazines and help us select items even from low-cost sources.
