The Challenge

A couple in Lincoln with distinctly different design sensibilities—one drawn to bold statements, the other to earthy calm. Their previous designer couldn't reconcile their competing tastes or make their art collection and modern architecture work together. They needed someone who could find the balance.

The Solution

We used beautiful rugs to anchor each space, luxurious fabrics and window treatments to soften the modern lines, and a thoughtful mix of textiles and wallpaper to add warmth.

The art collection, once fighting the space, now feels integral. Bold moments and quiet ones coexist comfortably.

The result is a home that feels both dynamic and deeply comforting—where contrasting tastes found their middle ground, and that middle ground became something truly special.
