Boston Seaport Reno

The Challenge

A busy executive purchased this Seaport condo for its spectacular views—but the interiors were white, sterile, and uninspiring. He'd worked with other designers who couldn't explain their vision or collaborate meaningfully. Then came a flood—giving us the chance to completely reimagine the space.

The Solution

We let the views guide every decision, building a color palette from the bay's blues and the city's grays. Warm wood tones create a sense of home. Custom cove LED lighting sets the mood for evening entertaining, and the roof deck became an outdoor oasis.

Throughout the process, we walked the client through each choice—the thinking, the trade-offs, the vision.

What was once a blank box is now a home that captures both the view and the spirit of the person who lives there..

Living room with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering a view of a river and city skyline, featuring a gray sectional sofa with green throw pillows, a blue armchair with a green pillow, a wooden coffee table with a floral arrangement, and potted plants.
